About CAP

CAP’s mission is to increase the visibility and appreciation of public art in Laguna Beach and to serve as a catalyst to encourage art education in our community. We also guide public/private art partnerships through the city’s approval process from inception to installation.

CAP also provides educational programs and events for local residents to learn more about public art and its aesthetic and economic benefits to our city. These events are designed to encourage more active participation in the acquisition of public art.
